I contacted Ben at short notice, as I needed a couple of mattresses steam cleaned. He was quick to come and check out what was needed and the price was fair. He got straight to work and the difference was amazing! They look like new! He was also able to include the headboards (one of which I knew needed freshening up!) so I was really pleased that he suggested including them too. He did a fantastic job and I'll be happy to get him back again to tackle my sofa!
Hired Proper Clean Services for carpet steam cleaning, and they did a fantastic job. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and managed to remove years of stains and dust. My carpets look and smell fresh again. Great value for the quality of work. definitely a service I’d use again.
I spilled a 5 litter bucket of paint down the stairs and thought I would have to replace the whole carpet. We never thought someone would take this job, but Ben did. Came in to clean the carpets after they had already been allegedly cleaned by another professional Company. After we engaged Proper Clean, lots of grit, sand and dark water came out and the carpets looked a lot cleaner and felt better to walk on. Would recommend these services
Ben was very helpful and was able to fit me in short notice. He seemed to have every cleaning product needed for various stains and there were no hidden costs. He took his time and even did some extra spaces free of charge. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again when needed!
Ben was great he took he’s time cleaning carpets. Carpets are back to there original colour light grey. They hadn’t been cleaned since being layed. Ben got them back looking like brand new.
Ben was able to fit me in immediately to steam clean my carpets due to allergies in my rental property (I think that the previous tenant had a pet). He did an amazing job as the carpet completely changed colour due to how much dirt was removed, and he went the extra mile to make sure that he did a thorough job. He also didn’t charge me any extra for the living room carpet to be done as well and is a very friendly guy. I would definitely use Proper Clean Services again - thanks Ben!
I was unsure what to expect as this was my first time having a professional carpet cleaner however Ben was extremely great at what he does! He managed to fit me in very short notice, he cleaned the carpet in my whole house (it looks incredible now) he went to extra mile to even help me by cleaning the kitchen floor (which has never looked so good) he was very kind and friendly and a lovely person to have in the house. I felt very comfortable with him and would recommend him to everyone I know. Great price for such a wonderful result. Thank you again :)
