   I had the misfortune of working with ACT clean for a trial shift and it was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Not only did they have me show up at an ungodly hour of 3am, but upon my arrival, they had the audacity to tell me that I wasn't needed for the shift. It was not only a complete waste of my time but also resulted in financial loss for me as I had to spend money on transportation to get to the location. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of organisation from this company is astounding. It is clear that they have no regard for the time and effort of their potential employees. The communication from the company was poor and they left me feeling disrespected and devalued. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I advise anyone considering working with them to think twice. They do not compensate for their mistake and they will leave you stranded without any consideration. They are a complete joke of a company and should be avoided at all cost. I also have picture proof with time stamps to show I arrived and call logs. This was 31st December AT 3AM

   Horrible attitude of the side of the admins in the Office! EXTREMELY ARROGANT ,They don’t care about any kind of issues of their employees ,only about the customers! I think in 21st Century Many Hospitality Industry in London bring back the slavery area ,For this agency don’t recommend to work for them in any way! I was supposed to Registered Today and was offered a Job for Company Which I worked for ,and As A agency I was Kindly asking them is it possible to find another Hotel or Restaurant for which to work for! The English Lady in the Office took me outside of the Office Like on Disciplinary Meeting with extremly arrogant way of talking and Even didn’t want to listen was saying “ Can you Stop talking for me to continue Can you stop talking” on front of everybody who was passed bay in the Building! I can imagine If I am supposed to work for them Which kind of attitude will gone receive for which I will inform all the Institutions to sanction them If I am them employee . If I can rite this Agency will be not 0, perfect is -100! Obviously those people who worked there are very hungry and greedy for money and can imagine If accident happened at work Their reaction will be 0. Extremely unpleasant people with no manner and evilness!

   Stay away from this company at all costs. If you are White British you will have to put up with racism from Black African men and women. The company has some very odd and peculiar operating practices. Such as getting people to turn up at the office to be driven in a van to the location. The staff are rude and do not communicate anything to you. They also coerced me into doing a trial shift for which I believed I was being paid. I worked just two five hour shifts. After being told i would be working full time and having worked just two 5 hour shifts I told my line manager that unfortunately I can longer work for the company as the pay is so low and I'm not sure I will be getting enough hours. He sent me a text message saying that "People like me should sacrafice themselves more, and he would appreciate if I showed more patience while they try and source more hours for me". I said okay I will. This was two weeks ago now and I have not had any hours since. This is despite a contract saying I am guaranteed at least one hour per week. Anyway I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise anyone to think carefully before accepting a job from them.

   Would recommend this company to anyone who's looking for job in London. Got in to register as friend recommended and got a job next day. Payments every two weeks, never late. I had to move away for London for a while but deffo will come back to act when I return.
