    I feel compelled to write a review for our cleaning company, Sloane Cleaning Services. Always friendly, helpful, polite, efficient and flexible, despite these difficult times, Sloane have been behind us all the way, partnering us as we navigate through the challenges presented by this pandemic. The services offered to us are spot on. Sloane have been fast to react to this crisis, tailor-making the type of services we all need to maintain a clean and hygienic environment to keep employees safe at work. We have been frequent users of the "fogging" service where operatives arrive in full PPE and use a hand held spray machine, creating a fine foggy mist which settles on all surfaces, is sprayed into all the corners and those places which are hard to get to any other way. They use an anti-viral ULV solution which leaves a lovely clean smell. We alternate once-a-week fogging with an ethanol deep sanitising service where the operatives manually clean all surfaces and floors, focusing on disinfecting high-use areas such as handles and switches. I cannot fault Sloane for their flexibility - they always go the extra mile to accommodate us. They have some huge contracts, and we are a small 20-person office, but we feel valued, supported and safe in the knowledge that Sloane's professionals are providing our staff the highest levels of protection. Thank you Louis, Larry, Darren and everyone at Sloane for your care, concern, support, efficiency and flexibility.

    After 6 months of being a customer of Sloane Cleaning Services and having to change cleaners 3 times, we'd had enough. The cleaning itself was terrible! Constantly left the office dirty, didn't improve areas pointed out with photographic evidence, didn't attend the office to check when suggested they would and attended for 10 minutes after advising they'd send cleaner to do a thorough job after the last 'awful' clean. Initial contact and politeness was good and usually responded to emails in a timely manner however the cleaning itself was of at a very poor level, and this was after 3 different cleaners. Therefore I would not recommend this company for regular office cleaning
