   Took my car in for its MOT and service last week and the service from start to finish was 5*. I have had so many headaches with garages in the past. When I called to book (my first time with this garage), the lady on the phone could not have been more helpful. She was friendly and patient and answered all my questions. The garage owner, when I arrived to drop the car off, was also friendly, patient and helpful. I felt like a valued customer. Everything was explained clearly when I went to collect the car, rather than glossed over quickly in a sea of jargon. I even had my car interior vacuumed for no extra charge. The whole atmosphere here seemed customer-oriented. I will be bringing my car here again for all future work. Thanks for a pain-free and pleasant experience, without a massive price tag! 5* service all round Xx

   Been trying to find a good garage for some time. After having my car fail it's MOT, I had a look on Google and seen Arnold service centre had good reviews and part of the good garage scheme so I rang up. Was able to get me in at very short notice and the following day my car had a fresh MOT and the total cost was far better than I expected. I think it's fair to say that I'll be a returning customer and shall certainly recommend to friends and family. Many thanks once again

   EXCELLENT SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Just moved into the area so I didn't know where to go to get my car MOT'd. These guys got my car in within a week, carried out the MOT and repaired the faults, retested on the same day. Really great price. This is an honest garage who won't rip you off!

   My mum has been a customer at the garage for over 18 years and Gary and Linda have always been more than accommodating. They fit me in last minute today (the day before Christmas Eve!) which was incredible and serviced my car really quickly. We have never been anything other than fully satisfied with their service :)

   Booked my car in for a full service at Arnold Service Centre in October. I mentioned to Linda that I could smell fumes coming through the heaters, Linda said she would mention this to the mechanics. Everything seemed fine after the service, I could still smell fumes, but thought nothing of it, until I was coming back from a long trip & the car started to lose power. Had the RAC out to look at the fault, as soon as the RAC guy started the engine he could smell fumes through the heaters. He said the EGR valve & fuel injector needs to be looked at & said it had been happening for months & not sure why no one had picked up on it. Took my car into another garage & as soon as he turned the ignition, he knew there was a fault. He said this should have been picked up by Arnold Service Centre, at the time of the service. DO NOT USE, been down to them & explained, basically fobbed off.
