I contacted AST Auto Centre on a Saturday and by the following Tuesday my car was fixed and returned. They kept me updated throughout the process of completing diagnostics and identifying the issue. They liaised with my warranty provider so I didn’t need to speak with them and they were professional and informative. Highly recommend

I visited this garage last year based on positive reviews and their "RAC Approved" status. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. As someone with limited car knowledge, I felt taken advantage of. Only one belt was replaced, despite all belts appearing worn and needing replacement - I found this out through a subsequent call to the RAC and confirmed when I went to another garage. Upon picking up my car, the mechanic demonstrated a squealing noise and insisted it was due to the alignment of the water pump/need for a new water pump. I declined and drove home. During the subsequent call to the RAC revealed that the newly fitted belt had been intentionally left loose, causing the squealing. This strongly suggests an attempt to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this garage.
I was Recommended this Garage through RAC claim warranty, Very unsatisfied with this service charged 78£ for Diagnostics itself in Addition Extra Fee of 10£ to insert a Fuse, RAC have informed me they shouldn’t have charged me for repairs as the garage should of put a claim through RAC so I have been charged Extra Money…. Very unprofessional Communication is Poor RAC is now dealing with my Complain as this garage has breached there Agreement.
Great garage got me booked in quite quickly. Dealt with my repairs and the warranty company with no stress to myself. Well pleased.
Hello everyone. Please do not trust this garage. They will tell you that certain work needs to be done, only original manufacture parts will be used at huge cost, excessive hours of labor and a huge bill. When asked for evidence, they will refuse to provide any. I have had a very bad experience with this garage when they claimed more than £2300 of work from RAC warranty and close to £900 from me for simply fixing an interior heating problem and over heating radiator. I still have no heating in my car, the engine is still over heating and my car is not usable at all. Esha Bajwa, the wife of Joel David Bajwa the owner is very clever in refuting any complaints.
The car indicated WARNING Light for Malfunction affecting Rear, Fog and Brake. I immediately began researching into Garages and Auto Centres in Nottingham which offered Diagnostics and Specialised in Electrical Repairs (Auto Electricians). On my visit to the Local Sainsbury’s Store in Colwick/Netherfield Area, I came across a Poster for AST Auto Centre and thought I’d research further to see What They Do and Read Customer Reviews. After the initial Call with the Team and my APPOINTMENT Today, I Highly Recommend the Team as they are Super Friendly, Respectful and Professional. It was a Great First Experience and I will be going back again for my MOT. Thanks to Joel, the Kind Lady at Reception and Rest of the Team for their Hard Work.

I had some oil leaks and crank sensor also needed doing. They was straight onto it no messing and reasonable priced. Highly recommended.
