If you love your car ""AVOID " at all cost. They take your money without fixing the problem had work done in past .very shoddy and they have the cheek to still charge top price and not fixing the problem ..TRADING STANDARDS .are very keen when they were told about them taking my money and fobbing me off without fixing my car .im taking them to court ..simple .
Brilliant customer service from Zac! My oil light came on unexpectedly and these guys were the nearest garage from me. Super friendly service and didn’t charge me for wn oil top up and gave me tips and things to look out for going forward. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!
Turned up here in a bit of a panic with a flat tyre and a was too far from my usual garage. The guys were so kind and professional: whilst they explained they can't do tyre changes, they pumped it up for me within minutes and suggested somewhere very closeby I could get it sorted. I'm so impressed with the service from DNA. My car broke down and had to be left in a carpark over night. I called DNA first thing the following morning who provided me with courteous, professional service and was able to get my car so quickly. Zac came out and fixed the issue with my car in about half hour. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I would highly recommend DNA Autocare to anyone.
The seat lever under my drivers side chair had snapped off. I gave these guys a call to ask for some advice. They offered to weld it back into place for a decent price. The car was in and out within the same day of calling. Repaired to a high standard and I'm super pleased with the service I received. I would recommend them every time. Thanks Zak and the team.
