   I have recently a different unsatisfied and horrible experience with this company, it was a new team came out, they left the house not cleaned properly only done one bathroom, one floor and the kitchen cupboards then left. It was poor management and inadequate service. I will seeking another company in future. The photos will be shocking to view. My old photos need to be removed.

   I had a very bad experience with this company. I requested a end of tenancy / deep cleaning services and they clearly underdelivered. Some windows were not cleaned, few cupboards were missed, some radiators and bathroom areas had dust, despite requesting deep oven clean the ovens were left dirty, kitchen exhaust left without cleaning, etc. Until here, I will say bad service, do not call them again and probably I will not be written this review. However, things were much worst. They damage the wood kitchen worktop due to a product leak burning and marking the wood. Instead of saying anything, they tried to hide it putting a big toilet paper package on top of the worktop to avoid to be seen. When I discovered and provided photos that proven that the damage was not there, it took multiple messages to get some traction. Finally, they acknowledge that it was done by them and what happened: the product to clean the oven was leaking. The company agreed to send someone on Saturday to fix it, but not body came nor I was notified despite waiting for them the whole Saturday. Finally, after filling a complain, I received the first call from the company. They sent a person to fix the worktop and he did a good job. However, the worktop is not as it was before because the deep damage wood cannot be fixed with sand and oil + the whole kitchen was dusty because of the sanding, so I ended up spending the whole Sunday cleaning the Kitchen. Nightmare.

   Booked for a Carpet clean and deep clean. 1. Sent around a different company to do the cleaning (AIT Smart Cleaning) 2. They didn't know how to deep clean. 3. Complained and they came back and still didn't clean what they where asked. 4. If they where professionals they should know what they should be cleaning and not asking me what to clean. 5. Arrived late on both occasions 6.Tried to charge an extra £60 to clean an airing cupboard 7. Told by Elaine to be grateful we where accommodated on short notice and not to be so full of hate when I complained. Still tried to charge £350 for a deep clean n carpet clean when they only spent less than 3 hours on the "deep clean" of a 2 bed flat with the other 5 on the carpets 8. I'd have preferred honesty that her company was fully booked. Not her sending around her husbands AIT Smart Cleaning so she can prop up his business 9. They wore shoes after a carpet clean! Don't let them send AIT Smart Cleaning to your house for anything other than a carpet clean unless you have the time to tell "professionals" how to do their job.
