   This was my first experience of having carpets washed professionally. When I booked I thought it was pricey, but was convinced by the highly favourable reviews and reassurance about the safety and "eco-credentials" of the process. I watched and chatted with Dan a lot as he tackled our carpets. I learned a lot and appreciate his skill, care and experience. Gentle pretreatment - with a magic potion relevant to the perceived type of dirt - is followed by a combination of steam and powerful vacuum which results in the dirt vanishing down the tube to the machine outside. Yes, the machine was a little noisy when in use for the 3 or so hours that we needed, but the results are worth every penny and decibel. Dan arrived on time, was work-focussed and adaptable when necessary. He was willing to engage with me and to explain the processes and I whole-heartedly recommend him to you.

   Ian arrived early, was friendly and did a brilliant job cleaning the carpets in the living room. My Mum has been quite conscious of the state of the carpets due to puppy-related stains and didn’t want people visiting the house because of them. We had tried multiple different products and even used a vac machine several times but none of it worked. I was on the verge of getting brand new carpet but Ian and Carpet Bright have saved me from that task. Mum is really happy with her early Christmas present. A bit pricey but definitely worth it. Thank you Ian and Carpet Bright for the excellent service.

   Marjan, I lovely guy will definitely ask for him again when I come to clean the rest of my carpets . He's fantastic , very friendly and professional ,very helpful Marjan helped me to move my X2 sofas ,dining table and tv stand which are very heavy , I have used carpet bright before and was very happy with the service then that is why I have come back to carpet bright. I will continue to use your service's Outstanding clean could not believe the dirty water at the end of it very impressed very happy customer. Thank you .

   Matt did an amazing job with my two rugs. They are deep and heavy and one of them had a big stain from my dog peeing on it. All of that has been completely removed and both rugs look fresh, soft and clean. Matt was also incredibly friendly and helpful, completely owning the process from collection to drop off and opening. Can’t recommend these guys enough

   Carpet Bright were very accommodating, booking in a very short notice clean. Technician Peter was delightful. He was very informative and careful and considerate. I would highly recommend booking Peter for your next clean. I do however think the price was a bit high but otherwise great service.

   I contacted Carpet Bright UK to arrange for my carpets to be cleaned. The process was very quick and easy, the lovely lady on the phone explained everything. I’ve never had my carpets cleaned before so she made me feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. I found the carpet cleaner very helpful knowledgeable and well-organised. I would definitely request the same cleaner next time (I can’t remember his name). Thank you for making my house look fresh again x

   Alvin was such a pleasure to have in my house from Carpet Bright UK. He arrived when the company said he would at the appointed time, quickly set up the cleaning machine and finished the job promptly. Gave us great advice on how to maintain our carpet and get the benefits from it. We were moving the house on the same day and we were moving out things, he helped us in moving them as well. He definitely is an expert and has a lot of knowledge. Excellent service experience. Will always use you again! I can't wait for next time! It will be a pleasure to recommend Carpet Bright to my friends and Family.

   I called Carpet Bright on the monday and by thursday they had someone out to clean my carpets and sofa. From the initial phone call to the end of the clean the customer service experience was really second to none. The technician arrived on time, he was very polite and done a great job. He even provided tips on how to keep the carpets and my sofa clean until their next visit. I will definitely recommend Carpet Bright to my friends and family. Thank you to the technician that came (I can’t remember his name) but he was great. An asset to the company!

   Terrible custom service following an inadequate cleaning. The cleaning was very expensive (£130) given the size of my rug. The technician was very nice, but ultimately the rug was not cleaned to any decent standard, leaving stains and dirt behind (see photos). I reached out to customer service, who ignored me for over 2 weeks despite numerous calls and emails. When I finally heard back, they told me they would not give me any money back due to a technicality in the terms and conditions.
