   Disappointed with the service provided by Millers. Booked a deep clean for a flat I had just purchased. The agreed time was changed three times on the morning/evening before. Ultimately, I received a phone call on the day advising that the cleaners were on their way, rather than adhering to the scheduled time. Only one cleaner showed up and completed a domestic clean, rather than a deep clean of the flat. Upon writing to the company afterwards, they agreed to not charge the full fee, however no apology or explanation was offered.

   We have just started using Millers for a bi-weekly clean and they have been great! I came home yesterday to a beautifully clean and tidy home, I couldn't have been more pleased! Reasonably priced and work completed to a high standard, I would recommend them and glad I found them!

   Highly recommend - did a deep clean ahead of a family member coming home from hospital. They fitted me in at quite short notice, were thorough, kind, friendly, respectful of both our needs and the property and took great care to ensure a very high standard of cleanliness. They went the extra mile ensuring laundry and beds were perfect too. Very grateful and happy customer.

   Wouldn't recommend. Requested a deep clean service which was not a small amount of money. The service provided was not a deep clean, floors were sticky, food was dropped in the house and cigarettes left on the patio. A door and window were left open after they left allowing rain to get into the property and invalidating our insurance, one of the carpets cleaned upstairs was still damp and even the general level of basic cleaning wasn't good enough as shower screens and skirting boards hadn't been done. We contacted the owner, who was polite and responsive and they did arrange for a cleaner to come back for an hour, who fully admitted he hadn't had time to finish the job properly. They then did clean the showers and skirtings (hence 2 stars rather than 1 star) but it was difficult to rectify all the missed items. The owner apologised but we were offered no refund for the initial poor service and we would not recommend this service based on the state our property was left in.

   I was fleeced. From a deposit guarantee claim for which I was asked to pay over £500 then on the day told it needs deep cleaning and it went up to over £700 as they know they had me to ransom by making me agree to have it on checkout day. I lost thousands in deposit and the lady ignores my call. So much for the claim they work with that particular agent and promising there moving out cleaning will guarantee me my deposit. I was bill an extra £50 for a late checkout as they took long after assuring me not to worry

   Had a house deep clean and guys were on time, very courteous and professional. Did a great job including the oven and carpets, and managed to remove some stubborn marks from one particular carpet. I would definitely recommend.
