AVOID AT ALL COST: TERRIBLE SERVICE. Paid over £178 for two dash cameras. However, only 2 sd cards were delivered. Proof of the delivery note showing the dash cameras were not included in the delivery was met by no reply. No replies to emails. No replies to messages. And the attitude via telephone was dismissive: " I don't work in that department " Basically; they appear to have defrauded me of £178 and have chosen to ignore any request of a refund and refuse to entre into any communication. Looking at other recent reviews, this appears NOT to be an isolated incident, with many customers experiencing poor customer service. AVOID. AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST.

Purchased a connect 2 harness from car audio centre as there site said 7 in stock, waited a week no response. Emailed asking for assistance non was given and my order was cancelled and refund without any reply or apology. Very rude. If there like this why would you spend hundreds with them. Go to more grateful companies who appreciate your custom. Two stars as they at least refunded

Pioneer double din fitted January 2022, went faulty in July 2022. New unit fitted same problem occurs in February 2023. Apparently warranty starts from original purchase, which makes it 3 weeks out of warranty although replacement unit was only in for 7 months. £32.50 + vat for fault finding £79 + parts + vat for repair. Also had to it back same day the original was fitted as it was wired in wrong. Display went bright when lights were on and dark when lights were off.

Ordered a radio and fitting kit on Sunday 8th January and paid for next day delivery ( knowing it would be shipped out Monday or Tuesday) when I didn’t see any sign of any emails other than the auto reply emails on Wednesday,I messaged them. They hadn’t even took the part down to the warehouse. And they wouldn’t even refund the delivery! Which they only state they can’t if it’s the couriers fault! To then be told this morning they” had a glitch with their label machine”. So I asked for a refund! We will find out in 3-5 days if I actually get my money back!! Disgraceful

About 5 years ago, I made my first purchase of a head unit with reversing camera plus installation into my Mondeo. I had decided on a particular manufacturer but was told there is an alternative option to consider, so I decided to purchase the alternative option. The installation was perfect no problems or with the alternate choice and eventually I sold the car. I recently purchased a campervan which still had the original OEM head unit fitted which took me back playing CD’s and FM radio. So I decided again to go to Car Audio Nottingham based on my personal experiences. I told them what was my requirement was, and ask for recommendations. I wasn’t giving a hard sell or expensive options. The van was looked at by Leon as he was the installer, and was explained on the best installation. I decided that I would go ahead with the purchase, I was very fortunate, that their was availability the following week. I found all the staff that I dealt was very friendly, professional and very knowledgable on their products and their service was excellent. I now need to purchase some new speakers which will require installation from Leon. I wouldn’t hesitant in returning again for future purchases or recommending their services.

I would highly recommend these if youre looking for an upgrade.
