Ventislav and his team at pro are amazing. It took me so long to find a cleaners this good and the house is always sparkling. The team are even happy to help me with extra services and Galya is amazing. Would definitely recommend.
Team Pro are helping me look after my airbnb after each tenant visit. Overall great service, easy to communicate and always there to support.
We were initially happy with the cleaners until they didn't take responsibility for a breakage they were clearly responsible for. One of the cleaners, asked us to buy "HG professional limescale remover" to help them in their work. After buying that product, the cleaner started using it on a brass faucet we own, completely destroying it. After reading the label on the product in turns out there is a warning, that it shouldn't be used for such bathroom ware and that the product should be usually diluted 10:1 before using, none of which was known by the cleaner. The company did not offer to cover the repair of the broken armature, nor offered a refund for the cleaning. Please avoid this company at all cost if you care about your house, we were very disappointed.
