   Disclaimer – I am in no ways affiliated, authorized, endorsed by in any way with the Mechanicco Ltd garage company. But merely a genuine customer. The review below represents my honest unbiased experience with this garage over past 4 years. Competence - 10/10 Proper old school competent mechanics that know what they're doing and use common sense/real world experience and knowledge. Up to date with older and new modern car knowledge. Honesty/transparency of all work carried out - 10/10. They confirm all work labour/parts cost prior to doing the job. And will also use the oil/parts of my chosing if I want. I normally opt for fully synthetic oil vs the vehicle handbook recommendation of semi. Duration - 10/10 Has always been same day for me but I do prebook in advance Availability - 8/10 Garage tends to be busy most of the time same day booking for small services but have to book a few days in advance for major works e.g oil/timing belt changes or MOT which is reasonable and understandable Pricing - 10/10 Customer service - 10/10 I normally speak to Ben or Kay the boss. They are always very polite and respectful and never waste my time. Always make an active effort to give me good advice and how to avoid getting ripped off. I have used this garage for past 4 years with no issues. I moved 50 miles away to Rugby and got hit with a £1100 bill for unrequired work on a new car from a local garage with the top reviews. Then I went back to my trusted mechanicco garage who had a look and cleared up it was complete nonsense and the garage was trying to con me into getting a new timing belt and brake pads/discs in a car that had already had the belt replaced 4,000 miles earlier and the pads had over 1 years life easily remaining. It's very difficult finding an honest garage as most of them assume the customer has no mechanical knowledge and will pay anything aswell as having underexperienced junior workers out of their competency levels at the time. Many of them have fake reviews from friends or bad ones from competition. My wife recently started getting her work here and we don't plan on letting anyone else touch our cars.    This a real garage (mot and automotive repair).. 5 stars isnt enough for these guys. Honest, great advice, sound communication - wasap phone and verbal! The explanation are what is needed NOW and what to work on and all within budget(s) customer can work with. Top marks guys

   I am absolutely blown away by the incredible experience with Mechanicco. My car needed a new window regulator to be fitted. I knew it was typically a 1-2 hour job, but they ran into a major problem: a bolt that was connecting the window glass and the old regulator got completely stuck. The team worked their magic to resolve the issue, and the job ended up taking a day and a half of their time. Most other garages would have used the stuck bolt as an excuse to add a hefty "extra labour" charge. Not Mechanicco. When I went to collect the car, the owner Khay, honoured the original quote of just £60 without hesitation. I even offered to pay an extra £60 as a gesture of goodwill for their hard work, and Khay politely refused, stating that a quote is a quote, it’s all as stated on the booking and to his own words. This level of honesty is virtually unheard of nowadays. They are incredibly trustworthy, fair, and clearly value customer satisfaction over making a quick profit. The work was done perfectly, and I left feeling like I had been treated with incredible fairness. I cannot recommend Khay and his team highly enough. If you want a garage that won't rip you off and will treat you right, this is the only place to go. Thanks again Mechanicco

   Third time using this place. Initial one they towed my car to the garage and resolved the issue, second was an MOT and today window washer pump issue. The parts place gave me the wrong part but these guys persevered and sorted for me! Reasonable prices. Friendly top guys. Highly recommended
