   Great experience from start to finish. As a fussy customer with my car (and all things in life), I've been very impressed with the thoroughness & customer focus by Mark and others I've dealt with at Jagtech for the works they've completed. Despite difficulties pertaining to JLR IT systems being down (not Jagtech's fault), they worked with me in sourcing my own genuine parts. Transparent pricing/quotations and excellent knowledge base for all things Jaguar related! Better than the main dealer by a thousand miles. Will be back.

   My Jag XKR had a very bizzare noise in 2nd gear that no one could figure out. I took it to JagTech in notts and they came out with me in my car to diagnose the noise. They’d never heard anything like it. They put it up on the ramp and found that an exhaust clamp was the incorrect way round from my exhaust work that i had done elsewhere. The exhaust clamp was touching the gearbox as I accelerated. They turned it the correct way, ensured the problem was sorted and they charged me NOTHING. Such great help and very polite guys. Thanks again for all your help.

   Had a 12 year, all belts and filters service on my Jaguar XJ. Very knowledgeable and friendly mechanic who showed me photos of a few things that will eventually need attention in the future but not now. Will certainly use again. If you love your Jaguar, trust it to these guys. Always replied to my emails and the quote given was the price I paid.

   Had my jag xf recovered to jagtec as I could not get it started and dog light was on . I was told that the lads were very busy so they could not get to look at the car until the middle of the following week . This was on a Tuesday . On the Tuesday evening I got a call to say we have managed to find the problem , it’s the fuel pump . Told the lads to source a new pump, which they did and on the Friday night got a call to say the pump was fitted but still would not start . The lads sorted the problem , and sorted the problem with the dpf at a great price . This garage did the work before they were originally due to start the work . The lads kept me informed every step of the way . If you want to keep your jag running these are the only guys to use . They are well worth the trip to see them . Thanks a million guys . Great job .

   What a bunch of legends, I got my car checked by another garage and they suspected something worse than it actually was. Took it to these chaps and they found the actual issue and saved me a TON of money by not performing the job of what the first garage said. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Down to earth lads, showed me the issue and advised on how to prevent it happening again. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk too.
