On numerous occasions I have booked them and they never turned up. 0 for unprofessionalism. Its a shame as they do a good job and are value for money. I even recommended their services to my family and friends who have booked them in. Now I wish I hadnt.
Jason's customer service and attention to detail is unparalleled. We have glass to ceiling windows in East London and Jason has been cleaning them on a yearly basis for the last few years. He takes the time he needs to do a job well done, and if you ask nicely, he will bring his adorable dog Dodge! Exactly as it says on the tin, A1 Shine Window Clean. Jason did an amazing job of cleaning my large full height glass doors and windows that lead onto my balcony and terrace's, along with about 750 square feet of composite decking. I had tried to remove the grime and limescale from these and thought it impossible, but they have been left looking brand new. Jase did a meticulous unhurried job to make sure every inch was cleaned, even moving large planters with mature trees to clean in underneath. I can definitely recommend. Thanks Jase.
As someone living on the third floor of a building on a busy high street, I didn't think my dirty old sash windows could even be cleaned from the outside, let alone as well as Jason did them - they look new! He's highly professional, is well-equipped to do the job properly and quickly, and really reasonably-priced. He's also an absolutely lovely guy. I can't recommend him enough.
