   We booked an end of tenancy cleaning and the initial work was not done as we expected. Unfortunately we had already moved out and had to re-arrange a cleaning, which was done quickly, efficiently and at no extra cost. The communication with Royal cleaning throughout this process was very professional, quick and dealt with the issues as I would expect it from a professional company. Cleaners were on time, had all equipment on them and all in all I don't have anything to complain. I would recommend again.

   Trustworthy service. 10/10 for value, quality of workmanship and communication. The sofa and carpets look like new. Unbeatable prices. I’m really pleased I booked them and I have received my whole deposit back. Excellent. Great to support a local business as well. Thanks team!!

   The worst service I've ever had in London, please avoid. I ordered the end of tenancy cleaning and made the payment in advance upon their request, but it seems my money was total a waste. 1. They only sent one cleaner for a two bedroom flat to work for only around 1.5 hours. 2. After I found his cleaning is really unqualified and asked him to improve and reclean some area, the cleaner just left. That's ridiculous. 3. Their client service is also very poor. Although they committed to solve the problem on that day, I never heard back from them again, no matter how many emails I sent to follow up in the past two months. Here are a few pictures showing how my flat looks like after their cleaning, which they asked me to take and send by email, but without any help.

   I had to have my oven cleaned at a rental property I own in Enfield Town. The tenant had left it really dirty so before I would be able to let it again I needed it professionally cleaned. Royal Cleaning were able to attend to the job within a few days of my call and turned up bang on time and did a very thorough job. My cleaner let the lady in and send me photos of the finished job and I was very happy with the service and price. The first and last photos are the after shots obviously and the middle two the “before” but I couldn’t get them to go in the order I wanted.

   Avoid. No cleaning is better than their cleaning! I paid over £300 for two bedroom flat end of tenancy clean. My landlord was in shock when he seen the flat after their "re-clean". First time I complained and they offered to clean it again. The first time - barely any cleaning done, re-clean -nothing done. Promised carpet cleaning - the result was mild hoovering. Fridge - attempted cleaning, dirty paddle inside with closed door. Windows - supposed to be cleaned from inside - not done. Floors - not mopped. Surfaces, cupboards, bathrooms, barely cleaned. I spent hours emailing and talking to their customer services (who are nice and polite, but don't resolve the issue) trying get a refund. The cleaning was in the beginning of July, it is second part of August now. I was promised to get half of the amount back, still waiting. As to the second half, very vague response whether they are going to refund at all. It was a very unpleasant experience on the top of the whole house move. I wish I read the reviews before booking them. ******************************************************** The Royal Cleaners comment below is far from being truth. I have never received any refund. If I get one, I will update.
