Had a clean done today and wow so poor arrived late cleaned to a poor standard, milking time by dusting the ceiling and repeatedly cleaning mirrors it was my first clean and will not be using again
The company gone bust, don't use. Still owe us some money.
Had a very good experience until a month ago when the cleaning quality deteriorated. I was then informed that the Account Manager left the UK and might not return. Our contract was cancelled without notice leaving us without a cleaner. I tried to call the company and left several messages. No call back... In addition, our office keys were not returned to us thus leaving us with a security breach. Very angry and disappointed
