   This was a service I have used for years, however also have heard from friends and family that the service that is given is not done properly however i was happy with the carpet cleaning service until today I was literally brought back the carpet I had given in. The some stains on the carpets was taken off however the back of the carpet has not even been touched I was brought back a dirty carpet and had to pay for this service. Me and my family member will not be carrying on with Dilem cleaning again.

   My carpet returned as dirty as it was before. They are liers. Do not waste ur money. I spend£27 to get my carpet cleaned, unfortunately i think they are game players and they have not washed the carpet at all. We are not stupid, we can feel and see if something is gone through washing process, my carpet did not even smell of washing detergents what so ever. It so sad to see that there are some business like that who take the money from customer without given them their service.

   I had my carpets cleaned. They came back distorted on the edge. Furthermore, I calculated the fee as £15.84 but I was charged £20. When I asked about the difference they told me their minimum charge is £20. They should have told me before I decided to get their service. Let alone the price, I am so sad about the distortion on the carpets.

   I have given my carpets to this company for long time, it’s use to be perfect cleaning company, recently I given them my two white wool carpets to wash, when they delivered my carpets it was both turned into yellow colour so I have called them they picked up again, this time when it came back it was yellow and orange marks on it, I have spoke to them I have send the pictures to them they said sorry something went wrong so they picked up again to wash, now I just received my carpets they all smell of damp and the yellow colours and orange marks are still there, they are so rude on the phone you don’t know who you need to speak to, they saying manager is going to call but no body calls you back, please please don’t give your carpets to them they destroyed, if I can I would app-load pictures to proof. I have given them 3 chances to fix this because I didn’t want to be the horrible one but they just taking the pis now.. Now my next step will be I will be suing this company because this is not my carpets and this is not how a customers should be treated.
