   We had a really bad experience with this company and I would NOT recommend. We sent curtains off for dry cleaning at a cost of £200. They came back stained, creased and completely ruined. They are silk and the result of cleaning has made them flat and distorted, as well strained with rust from the cleaning process. We tried several times to contact the company to resolve it. The person we spoke to claimed to be having family problems which meant he couldn’t deal with our query. He did offer to clean them again but we didn’t want to risk putting the curtains through an inadequate process for a second time. They were expensive curtains and are now completely ruined. No refund for the cleaning was offered. Do not use this company if you’re looking for specialist cleaning.

   Superb craftsmanship. Ducane is a rare breed of craftspeople. who, in terms of shoes, possess mystic-level abilities. My beloved Chelsea boots were in difficulty... I then gave Ducane the items. They not only kept them, but they are now in better shape than when I first bought them. Of course, they are just as comfortable now as they were the day I turned them over to his care. Outstanding!!

   Amazing. Can not recommend enough. Had my wedding dress cleaned here. It was filthy with tan and dirt all day over the train. It honestly looks like new and it was so reasonable price for the cleaning. I chose this place based on its reviews, no prior experience and I was not disappointed. Would happily trust them with any specialist dry cleaning in the future

   Absolutely amazing customer service. I took my white dress and my husbands suit for it to be tailored, and they did such an amazing job! They went above and beyond my expectations and I cannot thank them enough. Very clean finishing stitching and They also advise me on what they would recommend. Very very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend and I will definitely be using again in the future.
