   Completely unprofessional, office staff rude and struggle to understand basic information, and never respond to communications, they simply ignore them. Contract manager's fail to take necessary action to numerous concerns raised regarding poor attendance, poor cleaning practices, repeated no shows of their employees (cleaning staff), failure to clean to the an acceptable standard and poor attention to detail. Absolutely disgusting organisation. If you are looking for a professional, reliable service my advice would be to look elsewhere.

   The blonde/long hair bloke who cleans "the gym" in Bracknell is an absolute MACHINE. This guy is literally cleaning 24/7, 365, such a hard working bloke it's insane. Hope he is paid well.

   Just awful. Perhaps the most unprofessional organisation ever to exist Update after response: Noticed you replied to my three year old review last year. You say you have "no record" of me contacting you - two years later. Like you have a database that will still have a record of it. This says more about you than me. Totally unprofessional. The review stands. So does your arrogance.
