   We have been using Buton Ltd for our house cleans for many years now, they clean every other week. In that time we have had lots of different cleaners. Yes, there have sometimes been some language barriers but they have all been very nice and friendly and the cleans have always been consistently to a good standard, which is all that matters at the end of the day. If a cleaner can’t make it they will always try to find either a replacement cleaner for that day/time or rearrange the clean for a time that works for us. Like wise if a scheduled clean no longer works for us (kids home sick/school holidays etc) then they are totally flexible and willing to rearrange for us. Communications with the main office are always quick, helpful, friendly and issues resolved swiftly. We would recommend.

   I used Buton recently for an end of tenancy clean. They did an amazing job. My landlord and estate agent were both really impressed, considering how long I'd lived in the flat! The cleaners were on time, professional, respectful of the property and nothing was a problem. I will definitely use them again!

   We have been looking for good cleaners for some time. While we were unsure if we have made the right choice as limited information about Buton Limited at the time, we decided to try them out. Very reserved due to our bad experiences in the past, we must say surprisingly happy and 3 years on, we use their services for our house, our parent’s house and our offices. They have grown little bit to fast, but we see very good improvement of their customer service. We hope they will keep improving as really hard to trust cleaners these days!
