   I will not be using this company in future. The end of tenancy was not up to standard and when John and Oliva ( names supplied by Stephen) came back as they had not cleaned the bottom of the oven tray and the splatter tray at the top of the oven, dust on top of the shelves and mirror and pictures. They had mopped without vacuuming so lot of dust was still on the laminate flooring. They cleaned everything in 10 minutes which show how they could have managed to clean when there was so much that needed cleaning and John was very aggressive as he had to come back to clean again. In fact when I told him that there is still layers of dust in the boiler room and they have not dusted at all and showed it to him. He just cleaned the wooden shelf in the boiler room and left the rest and started to be very aggressive towards me.

   I’ve ordered end of tenancy clean - saw the cleaned flat quickly (and tipped the 4 cleaners that arrived to a small one bed flat) - it looked great at that quick glance of mine. I then received the check-out inventory report: there were many items (like toilet roll holder and intercom speaker phone ) left dusty, kitchen under cupboard surfaces greasy. I would not recommend this company at all for an end-of-tenancy clean and am surprised that I’ve found them as a recommended cleaning company on the Lewisham Council website. Lastly, instead of me providing my telephone number and asking for a phone call to discuss the service , I received numerous emails instead - we ended up exchanging around 14 emails and I feel that the enquiry could have been resolved with a quick phone call rather than going back and forth by email. I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 as “on the surface “ the flat looked very clean.

   I booked this service and found them to be very responsive at the beginning. The cleaning team arrived early, and were fully equipped to complete the job required. I found them to be very efficient and also found them to be the cheapest I could find. I would absolutely book this service again. They did an end of tenancy cleaning for a fully carpeted, 2 bed, 2 bath house and it was done in 3 hours. The carpets were steam cleaned. The landlord said that it is immaculate.

   I recommended my tenants using SYK since 2015 after one of my tenants used SYK and the result was amazing. But I won’t recommend it anymore as the most recent end of tenancy result was a far cry from 2015. The quality of service has fallen off the cliff! Very disappointing result shown in the pictures (taken after end of tenancy cleaning) below. Paid for steam cleaning of sofa which clearly unclean. Windows glass showing stains from dirty cloth used to wipe the glass. Floor was not even vacuumed. Stove as shown below full of circles from dirty cloth. Dirty tiles which were not cleaned. Even though SYK came back to clean up and charged extra (?!) for wiping a small table, the damage has been done.
