   Absolutely fantastic service from Isac’s Cleaning Services Ltd! Dorel and his team did an outstanding job pressure washing our patio, composite decking, and brick walls in the back garden. Everything looks spotless, fresh, and brand new. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, bringing all necessary equipment and solutions, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Communication was excellent throughout, ensuring we were informed at every stage. The attention to detail was impressive—our outdoor spaces have never looked better! They were careful with the property, respectful, and very professional. The final results exceeded our expectations, removing years of dirt, algae, and grime effectively.    Rip off...charging £390 for a two bedroom flat deep clean. People pay £400 to clean a three floor 3-4 bedroom houses. Mad! Update: thanks for your response but I am afraid it does not add much value. Normally cleaning companies estimate the cost depending on the number of hours they will spend. Deep cleaning the flat and cleaning the oven cannot possible take you more than 3 hours. Are you trying to tell us that your hourly rate is £130 per hour?!!!! Additionally, if you are charging £390 (nearly £400) for deep cleaning a 2 bedroom flat with an en-suite bedroom, how much would you charge for a house? It must be that we need to apply for a loan to hire your services?! Your prices are really and truly a rip off and your justifications are silly. We have hired very professional and high standard cleaning services before and no one charges that much. You overcharge in the most ridiculous and unethical ways possible. It is astonishing that you are normalising your behaviour! Part of providing a good service is charging clients fairly and ethically. Update (2): "If you can find a professional cleaning service that can deliver the same level of quality in just 3 hours, as you have stated, we genuinely wish you the best in finding that option. However, we take pride in offering a thorough, high-standard service and will never compromise on quality for the sake of speed". Thank you for wishing me luck, and yes I found many other companies - there are plenty of companies offering similar services for much better prices and value for money.

   Checked 3 quotes, one was higher, another one similar price but asked for full money in advance. Isac's Cleaning had an acceptable quote and did not ask money first which is fair. What mattered most is, she did a very good job, cleaned the flooring of kitchen, toilet and inside the room and carpet in the corridor at a good level! I will use this service in future as well!

   Amazing job! Managed to book the end of tenancy cleaning for the next morning, arrived on time and did a brilliant job cleaning everything and in less than 5 hours. Especially impressed how elena managed to get the oven and cooker to look almost brand new!
