    It seems like I have been a very unfortunate customer considering other reviews but I received a very poor End of Tenancy Cleaning. Neither the letting agency nor my landlord would believe that the house was professionally cleaned. I was charged for another cleaning by the letting agency so I ended up paying £300 in total. Quick Cleaning refused to refund the money as they provide 48 hours guarantee. Fair enough, however I consider that the house should have been professionally cleaned when I requested it and paid for it, not one or two days afterwards
