   Visited early this year to solve a problem with the heating system, received a phone call saying that he had left the power on to finish the test and has deep discharged the battery. This mistake was caveated with, stop/start batteries don’t last, it’s over five years old etc; failed to mention the damage deep discharging does to a lead acid battery. I am now having to spend an additional £300 on a replacement battery to solve the plethora of electrical issues I have had since visiting this garage. If you have an old car I am sure this garage will be fine, but unfortunately anything stop/start and newer I would look elsewhere Nissan Qashqai, June 2025

   I called the owner about some warning lights on my dash while I was in the area and needed the car checked ASAP. He looked at it straight away and was incredibly helpful and kind, which made me feel really comfortable. I couldn’t recommend him more — such a down-to-earth guy and great service!

   I was recommended this garage after my car failed its MOT and needed some welding doing. I wasn’t looking forward to getting the work done because I was expecting it to be really expensive, take ages, and leave me without a car until I found time to go and get it re-tested. Buster quoted me fairly (and immediately!), completed the work same day, and even took the car back for a partial re-test for me. I dropped the car off at 11am and it was ready to pick up by 3pm. He was straightforward and honest, and didn’t make me feel like an idiot even though I know less than nothing about cars. I didn’t catch the woman working in the office’s name but she was also really lovely, friendly and helpful and assured me I could just call if I had any other problems. I will be coming back to Attenborough Autos for my next MOT and for any future problems that come up. Absolute champs :-)

   Absolutely lovely chap, genuinely trusted.. had my car back purring like a kitten.. and even diagnosed something else while it was in there, that I already knew was an issue (all without being prompted) this diagnosis was nothing like the possible guesses the last garage I went to gave me.. his diagnosis actually made sense.. He explained it properly. I will definitely be going back! 5 x⭐️’s

   I've been taking my car to Buster for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else as I've been so impressed. He is so knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Today though he went above and beyond his previous awesomeness when he accompanied myself and my daughter to go to view her potential first car. He checked it over for us and gave us the confidence to buy, and even drove it home for us. We have been attempting to buy a car for months with no confidence to take the leap.    Wow, what do I say! An amazing and heart warming experience. After chatting with Buster about a first car for my daughter, he came with me, at the drop of a hat, and checked over a car for me. He went above and beyond what I would have expected and checked the car over to make sure it was safe. I can not recommend him enough. From now on he has our business! Thank you...we will pop in weekly to learn more about the basics of owning a car, as you've suggested.
