Booked car in at 11am for an MOT and service. Had previously used a garage more local where the appointed time would not have been when the car was even looked at. Very pleased, had regular phone calls to keep me updated on the progress. I was very pleased to have a courtesy car during this as I had a 20 minute drive home and even more pleasantly surprised to receive a washed car. Could not fault Dan and the team. I am so grateful to have found this place and will continue to have my car serviced for many years to come.
I booked my car in at ESP after a family recommendation. I had previously used a main dealer. ESP carried out the work needed on my car quickly and for a price I was happy with. Broke down on the way to Kent. Luckily found this garage and they were brilliant. Got us sorted and back on the road within an hour. Wish they were our local garage.
Fantastic service, highly recommended. I was in a predicament as my car had lost its indicators and hazards making it dangerous to drive. I’d phoned round a few places but no one could look at the car or had the expertise to deal with the fault. Fortunately, ESP said they were happy to look at the car straight away. Repaired quickly and at a very fair price Much appreciated
I booked my Audi Q7 in for a full service and mot at the weekend. Everything from the booking in process to borrowing a loan car was made so simple and easy. I was updated about my car and everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. Brilliant service from start to finish. Highly recommend
BEWARE I had a van and a car MOT’d within a week of each other both Diesels and both Failed on Emissions. I was charged on both occasions for DPF cleaner which was used without consent. ESP claiming that it bought the emissions down straight away? When I questioned the second failure upon collecting the car I asked to see the emissions failure report but it had conveniently been thrown away. Neither of the vehicles are old and both travel relatively long journeys. I was warned by someone else about them claiming failure on Emissions and then charging for DPF cleaner without providing evidence of it failing. That is last time I’ll be using ESP to service or MOT any of my vehicles.
Amazing , I have never used this garage before, customer service was outstanding, very helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond, and they stuck to the estimate price though there was more work needed on my car. I will definitely be using them again.
