   Great communication from Steve from the start with a friendly and helpful approach throughout. Nothing was too much trouble on the day and Steve was self sufficient and proactive, making sure that he did the best possible job throughout. Carpets look great and extra care and attention paid to deal with some stubborn pet stains. Would absolutely recommend. Good price too.

   Photos cannot justify how great a job ACE carpet cleaning did. We moved into a house a week ago after paying a cleaning company for a deep clean plus extra for the carpet steaming. Since we have moved in, my son and I have been having horrible symptoms of dust allergy and we could feel dust being moved into the air when we walk on the carpet. We have a Dyson HEPA vacuum cleaner and vacuuming twice a day did not help as the amount of dust was endless. We contacted ACE carpet cleaning and got a quote on the same day to have our carpet cleaned the next day. I have never been so pleased with this decision - Steve is super professional, knowledgeable and did such a fantastic job that we can feel the difference. The carpet even feels a lot more fluffy! Would definitely recommend!

   I arranged for the carpet to be cleaned in my elderly Fathers flat. Choosing a carpet clean based on the reviews is never easy particularly as I live a distance away from my Dad. I would have no hesitation recommending Ace carpet cleaning. Wowzers what a transformation in the cleanliness and appearance of my Dads carpet, the photos don’t do justice to the before & after look. A professional, thorough and friendly team led by Steve.

   Steve cleaned our carpets after moving into a new house. He gave us a phone call shortly after we submitted our enquiry, and visited later in the day. The carpets we inherited had quite a bit of wear, pet hair / stains and food / drink stains, and Steve thoroughly inspected them. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns and explained everything clearly. He was also honest about problem areas (e.g. when certain patches of carpet appeared damaged / discoloured from prior spot treatments, or where he couldn't guarantee complete stain removal as we didn't know the cause as new owners). He provided what we felt was a fair quote and came to clean the carpets a few days later. He ensured our property was protected from his heavy machinery, worked diligently and was courteous throughout. Given the condition of the carpets, we were really pleased with the results - the colour was much brighter and more even, with some stains completely removed and others greatly reduced. Allergy symptoms we experienced since moving in also started to ease in the following days. It is evident that Steve is passionate about what he does, and he was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We would definitely use him again or recommend. Thanks for helping us settle in our new home!

   So many thanks!!!! Carpet though good quality, looked tired and dull, and after an initial consultation, I took on the services of Stevie, founder of Ace Group, who undertook a deep clean and sanitisation of a currently unoccupied property with great results. After he'd finished, the place looked like new - I'm really impressed and pleased - money well spent. Stevie was realistic, professional and the work was carried out with great care, would highly recommend.

   Stevie did a wonderful job cleaning our sofa for us which had years of diy dust and grime in it. He gave us a reasonable quote, booked us in in a timely manner and has done a great job with the sofa, the buckets of dirty water left over after the clean showed how much he managed to get out of it!. He was a pleasure to have in the house, very polite and clean and tidy whilst doing the work. Would recommend!
