The cleaner sent by this company didn't clean the areas I asked her to (the bathrooms and the stairs) despite me telling her these must be done and I wouldn't be upset if other areas of the home were not cleaned after these. These rooms/areas were already very clean, so it wasn't a hard job and she had ample time (I would have paid for more time if needed too). After she left, I noticed that almost all of my wash cloths were missing, so I checked my home security cameras (which I have in every room) and noticed the cleaner spent a lot of time repeatedly checking herself out in every mirror (constantly adjusting her hair), texting on her phone, and weighing herself on my scale instead of cleaning the areas I had asked. Before seeing this footage, I had given her some leeway and "benefit of the doubt" by assuming she struggled with going up/down my stairs, but she really just didn't put in the effort. The cleaner was really nice, but it didn't feel nice to know she was doing these things (and took almost all of my wash cloths) at my expense. After this cleaning, I asked Valentina for a new cleaner and she took a long time getting back to me, she finally replied and told me there was an "unexpected change to her company" and she was unable to provide a new cleaner. Before scheduling the first cleaner, it seemed Valentina struggled to respond timely and schedule the first clean, so this was a consistent theme. Lastly, Valentina should consider asking her cleaners to manage appearances. For example, the cleaner was standing directly in front of my house chain smoking for 15 minutes and put cigarettes out with her shoes. What's annoying is she didn't bother taking her shoes off when she "cleaned" my home. I saw this on my outdoor security cameras. It's just not a good look and is very inconsiderate. In my experience, you will need a lot of patience scheduling with this company and you may struggle with reliability. I was hoping to give Valentina another chance by trying another cleaner to see if this was really just an issue isolated to one cleaner, as I'd prefer to support a small business like this, but it didn't work out. I'm rating 2* because of unreliability and my experience with this company's cleaning.

Excellent service! Ilyana is amazing, she made my 4 bed house so clean every week and it is also including to change the bedding and cat's litter! she did so much effort to remove those nasty stains on my tap and on the stair handles which nobody could ever done that before. She is also very efficient, not like some people would drag as longer hours as they can or do something improper at your place ( I had very bad experience in the past with cleaner who was from a different cleaning company ). overall, London Clean Professional Ltd is very worth to trust, they are super professional. Valentina, the one who I contact with is also very efficient and proper on any little occasion, I think I'm just gonna stick with them from now on.

Valentina and her team have been amazing! I wasn't sure about hiring another cleaner after my past experience with another company was so bad but this is the best decision we made.
