Took my insignia in yesterday for a service and MOT. Very thorough and explained everything that needs doing. Workmanship and knowledge top class and prices very reasonable.
Changed a brake caliper which had failed after 2 months of buying from a nationwide car chain. Was expecting pads and discs to be done as well but was told they were fine. So a thumbs up from me.
Went to this garage due to an engine pressure fault. They had fixed that issue however out of no where they said my break pads and discs were that worn out my car would fail it’s MOT and I needed to pay £250 for them to fix this. Even though I didn’t come to the garage for that fault I was very hesitate. I decided to take my car to another garage for a second opinion for them to tell me my break pads aren’t nearly as bad as Beaconfields garage had made out and found it hard to believe they had even checked my breaks as there was signs my tyres had not been taken off for a very long time. Over all a very disappointing experience from Beaconfields who seem to be tricking people into thinking more is wrong with their car to fill their pockets. From speaking to others I’m not the only person to suffer the “break pad scam”. Please be careful if using this garage.
Very happy with work done. I was surprised at the time to even get through to anybody despite the circumstances of having broken down in a big way. Center of Long Eaton, highly pleasant reception the mechanics are not bad either.

So, I've been to many of garages for work to be done on my Volvo C30 and this garage has the most friendly mechanics/ receptionist. I felt so relaxed and didn't leaving feeling ripped off!! I will definitely will be using this garage again in the next 2 weeks for an advisory that definitely needs some attention. Thank you!!

Got quotes from 5 other garages in the area to fit my brake pads and discs that i already purchased for my car. This place was SO MUCH CHEAPER than anywhere else i called. The fella who did the work seemed like a really top guy and the lady on reception was equally as nice. I've definitely found my new go to garage!
