   First time using Cavedish for some repair work and sports exhaust fitment to my 997.1 Turbo. In the run up to the appointment, I found the team really responsive and attentive. I couldn’t fault the level of work carried out. What’s impressive and reassuring is their level of knowledge and experience on all things Porsche. Having been in the business for many decades, they still have the same level passion that many Porsche owners have about their cars and the brand.    I recently had my Porsche Cayman serviced at Cavendish, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve had after visiting both Porsche Sutton Coldfield and Nottingham. Simon was extremely polite and professional from start to finish, and Steve — who worked on my car — clearly takes real pride in his work, which genuinely made me smile. Not only did they fix the issues I mentioned, but they also took care of a few small items I hadn’t even raised, and advised me on some preventative maintenance that will save me from expensive bills down the line. It’s rare to find a team this knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

   I've been using Cavendish for the last 5 years since I took ownership of my 911 996 Carrera 2. They have always been absolutely brilliant and good value. They will always give me good advice on what work needs doing. They are always painfully honest with me and, in fact, are very much the grown ups in the room when it comes to spending money on my car. A team of absolute Porsche nerds which is exactly what you need as an enthusiast. All my local Porsche buddies also swear by them. Booked up weeks in advance for good reason. Highly recommended.    Had a small fault with a 718 Cayman I'd recently purchased. The dealer I purchased from agreed for me to use Cav Porsche. I took the car to Simon and the guys on a recommendation from a friend. Absolutely outstanding service. Got onto diagnosing the issue as soon as I turned up. After a preliminary inspection Simon told me they'd need the car for a couple of days to fully confirm diagnosis of the problem and ensure no other route cause issues, then order and fit the part. He then gave me an FOC loan car to get me home! Amazing and totally unexpected! Had the car a couple of days and finished as promised. Simon kept me in the loop every step of the way which is reassuring and he also dealt with the dealership I purchased the car from. He made everything very easy and hassle free. I'll be using these guys again for servicing etc in future for sure. I'd definitely recommend.

   Brilliant experience with Simon at Cavendish today. He's very happy to chat and give advice. His free inspection service was very thorough and all of the recommendations were explained, with no pressure and attempt to hassle me into doing remedial work. I was very pleased to be shown the car on the ramp and I could see everything for myself. He's got a LOT of certificates on the wall which speaks volumes about his experience of Porsches from the 80s to the modern day. I'll definitely be going back.

   My car developed an engine management problem. A quick call to Simon who pulled out all the stops to investigate immediately. A NO sensor problem was diagnosed, the part replaced and the car all sorted within a day. Outstanding customer service like it used to be, but rarely is these days….thanks to Simon and the team at Cavendish. First rate.
