We used PRIM Window and Exterior Cleaning to clean my mum's roof, gutters, fascias, and conservatory and are marvelling at the awesome job Ivan and the team did. The roof looks brand new, and the gutters are free-flowing once again. The build-up of moss on the roof and in the gutters was causing problems, but Ivan has removed it all. They worked incredibly hard over 2 days and have treated the roof tiles with a biocide to slow the regrowth of moss. The house looks amazing now and it's such an improvement. Who knew that you needed to think about cleaning your roof? Not me, until we had this done, but it really is an incredible difference and makes the house look great. Ivan also inspected the roof before cleaning it and reassured us the roof is sound and doesn't need any repairs, which gave us peace of mind. Ivan is friendly, hard working, and reliable, and I would highly recommend PRIM Window and Exterior Cleaning. Ivan will be back to jet wash the patio, driveway, and pathway at Mum's soon, and we are confident he will do a great job, having seen how hard he worked on the roof. Outstanding company!
Cannot recommend these guys enough. They were absolutley brilliant. Polite, punctual, friendly and professional. I organised this roof cleaning for my mums house - the roof was new in 1990 and had not been touched since then. The roof was almost black with stains, moss and bird droppings. These guys have cleaned it to the point it looks like a new roof again. I am stunned by the results.
