   This agency is not responsive at all. Very often they have not come back to me, not even when I decided to suspend the service. Their cleaners are hit or miss. In 4 years one was great and 6 we had were awful: late, not showing up, not trained to clean.The agency owe us a refund and we are still waiting for it.

   Had amazing service with the office manager Gemma she was able to assist with all the needs I needed to be met! She was able to arrange a cleaner to fit my time schedule. 10/10 ⭐️ service and communication! Would defiantly recommend to a friend. Also fabulous clean!

   I would highly recommend this company as they are one of the best services around. Cleaning staff are so polite and prices are affordable. The office manager, is always on hand to offer any advice and updates or if you have any questions and is very professional. I have seen some of the reviews and I can honestly say that you can’t please everyone but I am very happy with the Pink Cleaning ladies !!

   One of my most enjoyable jobs, my clients were lovely but the girls running this company are immature, spiteful and nasty. They took advantage of my kindness and kept adding jobs onto my calendar without checking with me first even after I asked them not to. I broke my little toe and lost my mother in-law in the space of two weeks and instead of them having compassion they were actually annoyed at me for needing time off and ended up taking me off their books.

   We have been using this company for years but I still get the same happy feeling every week once my house has been thoroughly cleaned! It sparkles and there is no nicer feeling than getting into a bed that's been made like a hotel bed! Wish I could have them every day ... wonderful service, never disappoints, 100% recommend x
