   Alex was super speedy and tidy. The carpets looked great!! The booking process was very easy, with good advice on style of cleaning and different price options. Update: the rug they had deep cleaned off-site came back promptly and in great shape. For such reasonable prices, I can't recommend FCC highly enough.

   Great service overall!! Easy to book and initial consultation was helpful and they helped to answer any questions. Alex did the carpet cleaning and was very fast and got out some tough paint stains which were hard to remove! Was very patient with the lack of parking in the area too! Deffo recommend and they did a great job removing dust and general signs of wear on the carpet.

   Easy to book. Pre warned me the stain (about a hand sized blood stain) may not come out completely but would look better only for the stain to then be completely removed! Cleaner very mindful and respectful of noise (we have a baby). Overall fantastic work, excellent service and reasonable price. Included a before and after photo.

   First time we used Fine Carpet Cleaning London, we sourced their add on Gumtree and I must say I was taken back with the level of service we received. We had a 2 bedroom apartment carpet wash, booked the appointment for the very next day. Technician came on time and done a fantastic job, very friendly, always add a smile on his face & most importantly did not make a mess of the property. Highly recommended, looking forward to using their services again.
