   Tyre kept going down due to a defective TMS system valve. It was replaced. The tyre started to go down a day later. Took it to a garage in North Wales (there for the weekend). He checked the valve and it turns out it was an old one. Did HiQ just put my old valve back on? It turns out they did. A complete misunderstanding. They thought i was asking for the valve to be put back to shut off the TPMS fault, but missed me saying to replace the defective TPMS valve. That was why the problems. Having spoken to Deborah, we both now know what is needed, so I will be taking the car back to be sorted. Apologies to HiQ for the confusion. It happens. Just remembered to add: All sorted now. Thank you Deborah and team

   Driving from Lincolnshire to Derby the red tyre alarm came on after going over some really bad conditions. This garage was the nearest so pulled in and got seen straight away although they were busy. Thorough check of tyres and pressure and all well.

   Called in for new tyres as advised on my mot (not done here by the way) to be told I still had a good few months at least of tread (no where near the limit) amazed they were so honest and even said to call back in in a month for them to recheck. Looks like they have gained a new customer. Thank you for your honesty and for saving me some money I didn’t need to spend.

   My regular stop for new tyres and batteries when I need them. I dont usually have to wait long, if they are not to busy. Prices are fine and within budget, I would rather pay HiQ prices than at the main dealerships who seam to inflate theirs. I do think it is worth booking a time slot rather than just popping in as the forecourt is small. However the service is great
