    Just like to say..... Highly recommended!!! Thank god for decent people. These guys came to my rescue when desperately needed it. They fitted me in for a MOT on my camper van at short notice and completed the work within a couple of days. First class service. I've even booked in for other work to be sorted out on my car trailer and more work needed on the camper van. 10/10

    Absolutely brilliant service, I have been looking at changing my brake pads and tyres for months and struggled to find somewhere that would be both affordable but good quality. Honestly cannot fault CMS at all! They did a fabulous job and was done really quickly too. Receptionist was so lovely and very approachable! I don’t live local to CMS so was hesitant at first, however from the amazing service and great price, I will definitely be visiting again in future and have told family about the service too. Would give above 5 stars if I could!

    This is the second time using this garage and both time we have been left without a car for weeks. This time we are still waiting after 3 week for our car to be repaired but the most frustrating this is, it’s the same repair that has failed since the first visit after just 9 months. I am under the impression that this garage have outsourced the repair to another company as it is a gear box and will blame the delay on this company however they choose to use this company. If they are so slow they are free to use a different company of their choosing, they have decided to use this third party knowing what their service levels are like. We’ve had the old β€˜we’re waiting for parts’ excuse but we live in a world where you can get parts delivered from one side of the country to the other in 48 hours. We have been without a car 3 weeks and counting and as a result are incurring massive car rental costs as a result of a repair that should not have failed after 9 month. We have 2 school runs to attended each day and both drive for a living. The inconvenience of continuously taking rental cars back and forth (which is an hours round trip) is just as bad as the thousand pounds we have spent so far on car hire. We asked for a courtesy car - which would have been fair given the fact our repair has failed but nothing was offered. A courtesy car would have solved everything. Or a timely repair. Still waiting…

    Absolutely fantastic service! I had a water leak and Chris diagnosed the issue and resolved it very quickly indeed. Laura kept me informed of the process and the cost which put my mind at ease. I had noticed some noise when manoeuvring and Chris also noticed an issue with the steering column which he was also able to rectify. My car is running so much better and obviously the leak is sorted too! I can’t thank CMS enough for resolving my urgent problems so quickly and with such professionalism. I will definitely be back! PS thank you for the beautiful air freshener too.

    I had an issue with a 3rd party glass fitter through CMS which was quite jarring but as you'll see I've given CMS 5 stars. Why? Because the real measure of an organisation is when things don't work out perfectly. 1000% correct attitude, corrected the issue created by the 3rd party and all this with a smile on their faces. Sandicliffe aren't a patch on these guys. Excellent service.
