   I am writing this review a few months after visiting Croft Auto Centre, and I am very impressed with their service. I had an ongoing issue with my left indicator, which kept switching off by itself, especially when there was weight in the back of the car. The problem lasted for a couple of months and a few other mechanics couldn’t find the cause. At Croft Auto Centre, the mechanic quickly identified the issue. He explained that the electrical wire had lost its insulation and was touching the metal body of the car, which caused the indicator to malfunction. He properly taped and secured the wire, and the problem was completely fixed. What really stood out was his knowledge and honesty. Despite fixing the issue, he didn’t charge me anything. Excellent service and very trustworthy. I highly recommend Croft Auto Centre and will definitely return in the future.

   My car had an intermittent starting fault that was diagnosed by another garage as a battery problem (cold weather). New battery was fitted (£200) but the problem persisted. Croft said that my 2016 A4 V6 tdi needed a new starter motor! A massive job that at Audi would be a ridiculous price. Car booked in, parts ordered and job done in one day, the car runs like a dream, again!. I cannot say how happy I am with the service that I received, and at a reasonable price. From my experience, i will be using this garage again, thank you guys,

   Unreal service and great people, gave me a great price for a job that other places tried to charge far more for. Had my car sorted the same day, and even fixed my broken brake light for free as i was going to leave. couldn’t recommend them more!

   Went here to do a MOT after seeing all these 5 star reviews. Had done a service here before without issue so didn’t expect any problems. Only accepts cash for MOT - never told this beforehand. Failed the MOT, which was fine and justified but never told specifically what the issue was, neither was it investigated as was told they don’t have the time. No interest in giving me a solution, or telling me what my options were or give me any quotes. They have a young lad on the front desk who’s not professional at all and doesn’t know how to deal with customers or show any initiative. Was told lazily after pressing him that they would call me and tell me what to do. They never got back as I had anticipated; and I didn’t wait for them either and I found someone else to help me. I suspect that they didn’t help as they wouldn’t have benefitted from the issue I had as I needed a specialist. Never again!

   Took car in for what appeared to be a simple job. I asked them to call me the following day to update me, nothing, called them the third day. Young lad had bad attitude and clearly didn’t want to fix it . Day 4 went to see them, same poor attitude, no attempt to fix it. Said it was a big job they had never done it before. I asked for the key and took it somewhere else . Repaired same day £120 all in . I have previously recommended this garage to several people. The new staff are letting the owner (who appears to be away) down. I won’t be returning.

   Chris is lovely, helpful, honest and always charges fair prices. He also parks the car in a way that I can easily leave the garage once the work is completed, which is much appreciated! Our favourite garage in Hucknall for sure!

   Really great service provided by Croft Auto Centre. First time using a local garage after only ever using a dealership and will certainly be using Crofts going forward. Chris was able to get the vehicle booked in a few days after my initial call, informed me of the cost to replace a break disc and break pads, and was able to order and fit the parts the same day. Seamless process from start to finish and look forward to returning to Crofts to have my MOT complete in December.
