    Initially very positive - excellent first clean and cleaner turned up without a problem. Given 22 hours notice for the second clean (1pm the day before ) which I unfortunately needed to cancel due to being un well. Informed no possibility of rescheduling and payment was due. Informed against company policy as not less than 48 hours notice, despite me not being given 48 hours notice of day and time! Paid for clean I will not receive. I think you need to review your customer services policy as this is clearly very unreasonable without so much as an offer to reschedule.

    I have been using Lillys Maid over the past year and have been quite impressed on the whole and have been happy with their service. Quality of cleaning is of a good standard. There was a slight dip in the quality of the clean and this was quickly rectified with a new cleaner. They are responsive to WhatsApp messages and any delays are generally well communicated via their messaging system - would recommend.

    Great experience with Lillys maid. Was initially reluctant to go with a company rather than individual but actually it’s a lot better as if our regular cleaner is on holiday we get a replacement, plus if there are any issues there is a “manager” you can speak to. Our cleaner Rosie is reliable and cleans well! Would recommend.

    BE AWARE - TERRIBLE SERVICE - RUDE STAFF I recently had a cleaning job done by Lilly’s maid at my flat last Sunday. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the level of quality of this cleaning. It was so bad that I had to go back and clean most of places again. The cleaners were constantly on the phone and it was very hard to communicate with them. I had to constantly tell them to clean stuff after they claimed it was done but I can still see dirt and spider webs. Their official response to my complaint: “there were too many things on the floor” I don’t know how that stops them from cleaning surfaces and corners. Now they are asking me to pay for services not performed or if else they will sue me in small claims court.

    Contacted Lilly to see if they could offer a mould cleaning around a few walls in the house, as we're getting some work done and wanted to be cleaned before then. At first the cleaner arrived almost 1 hour later than our scheduled appointment, then started cleaning and kept complaining about the strong smell of the mould chemical and kept saying it is impossibile to work with this and just did the job quickly missing bits here and there, which I had to do at the end. Stayed 1hour and 40 minutes charged me £60. Sent 2 invoice within 24 hours for the payment when it clearly states payment should be made within 48hrs of job done, so I don't get it. AVOID-AVOID-AVOID-AVOID-AVOID
