I took my car for minor changes to one of the tail light bulb over the weekend. In my own sincere and honest opinion I was overcharged. No doubt about it. A bulb for £10 and to open the compartment ( shocked how easy and quick this was) and to replace the £10 bulb , I had to pay £10 for the service !!!!!...come on !! Unfortunately my second tail light went off too and i was not ready to pay another £20 for it !!! Life is already expensive and a real struggle ! Anyway , I learnt a painful lesson. I did a thorough research after knowing the right led bulb code for my car. I got the same bulb type for £2.89 somewhere else and I was charged £8 to fix this second tail light. Absolutely disappointed to say the least !!

Avoid this racist and expensive garage! His poor diagnosis job costs £45 while Halfords provides an accurate report by inspecting 150 points in your vehicle for only £49.99. Also, RAM garage told me it costs more than £800 to fix my car by replacing multiple parts but hopefully I was not trusted RAM garage due to poor understanding about the fault. I went to Halfords and they fixed my car for only £200 as well as gave me guaranty for 24 month! Regarding your view comment: I am British, Iraq has a bright background and most of Iraqi people are GP, university lecturer or have high job like Mr Zahawi he is Minister of Education in the UK. Your poor comment not changing the fact you are mislead customer and your price very expensive!
Ram and his team managed to repair an issue in my car big-name garages didn't even diagnose. They also did it on the day! Very professional and efficient at a cheaper rate than other places in town. Definitely recommend and will come back!
