   This is by far the worst dry cleaner I have ever used. They singlehandedly ruined my Italian wool suit which I only purchased a few months back and had only worn on a handful of occasions. The item that I brought to them was a well fitted, high-quality blazer - it came back shrunken, distorted, and unwearable. The chest, arms and shoulders are so tight it feels like a completely different size. The cherry on top is the outrageous price that they charge - they are cowboys of the highest order. What’s worse is that there is zero accountability. I have tried to call on various occasions but to no avail. There are no other contact details so any semblance of customer service is absent. A professional cleaner, as they misrepresent themselves to be, should know how to handle wool and perform a simple dry cleaner — instead, they destroyed it. This is negligence conducted by charlatans masquerading as professionals. If you care about your clothing, please go anywhere else. I lost a very expensive suit because of their incompetence.

   Careclean has always provided me with an efficient and high quality service. The staff are extremely friendly, engaging and professional. The prices are also very reasonable. I regularly get my clothes dry cleaned/pressed from them and have never experienced any issues.

Every item I have given to them has been handled with care and the results have been amazing. Been using this shop for years and will continue to do so! Couldn’t recommend anyone better.    The BEST Drycleaners I’ve used so far. I had many delicate pieces to be washed and other dry cleaners sent me away as the pieces were too delicate. I asked the gentleman if it was possible to clean this and he said that he would try his best to clean it. He had taken out every single stain and it was utter perfection! Now I am able to wear these pieces again. It’s not only clothes the gentleman was able to do, I had a Persian rug that needed a desperate wash and it’s one of the services that they provide. My rug came out looking brand new! The service they provide is impeccable and it’s lovely family business! I would recommend them to anyone!

   YOU WILL REGRET IT DONT GO! I asked several times if he could do the job and when it was time to collect my brand new jacket I was told it had yellow stains from before.. I paid £550 for this jacket never been in the wash was only a few months old and I got maybe 300 back I do not recommend this place rude and price is extremely high because of the area. I recommend MARK ANTHONY DRY CLEANERS, snakes lane in Woodford.

   I have been using these Drycleaners for the past year. I came to these Drycleaners after my friend recommended I try here. I had a dress which had stains no other Drycleaners could remove it except them.The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. The price is reasonable for the quality. Never had to complain once. Will definitely recommend these Drycleaners

   We've used this dry cleaner for a year with no problems. The prices are very fair (£10 for 5 shirts washed and ironed is a very respectable offer and has encouraged our loyalty) but it's frustrating that the credit card machine seems to be broken on a regular basis.

   I have used this dry cleaners twice. The first time the item was fine, but no better than other establishments. This time I took a very elegant white and black dress in which had marks on the white on the shoulders where it had been hung. I pointed these out to the lady assistant. When I collected it the dress was not pressed particularly well as there were creases in the back, and the shoulder marks were still there. The man in the shop said he could try chemicals on the shoulder marks if I gave my permission but it could affect the black. I agreed. When I collected it there were dark grey smudge marks on the white on the front and back of the dress. In my naivete I thought he was going to just treat the top of the shoulders by hand with chemicals rather than put the whole dress in chemicals. This was not made clear and of course the dress is now ruined. I was not offered a partial refund which I thought would have been fair. I do not recommend this cleaners and will not be using again.

   I've been using these dry cleaners for around a year and a half now and I have been impressed with the service and quality of the clean. They even managed to clean a very delicate beaded dress for me which needed "spot cleaning". Unfortunately I'm moving away so will need to find a new dry cleaner!
