   It's not often I have such a positive experience with a trades person but felt compelled to leave a positive review given how spot on everything was. Really felt in safe hands with Shane from start to finish. Facia's, sofit's, guttering and new down pipes were installed and couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. On top of that Shane turned up exactly when he said he would, there were no nasty surprises with the price and everything was explained every step of of the way. Communication was faultless. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family (or anyone else looking to have work done).

   Shane came round explaining what needed doing , he was polite professional and they both did a very professional job, he even did a extra for no charge saved me trying to do it which much appreciated.His price's are very fair and would recommend him for doing such a good job very happy. come round and explained what needed doing ,they both did a very professional job and he even did something extra free of charge save me doing which I appreciate.    I needed my gutters cleaning as hadn’t been done for some time. Found Outlook and contacted them for a quote…very fair quote given in my opinion so accepted. Shane and Charly came round this morning and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Really helpful and efficient, thoroughly cleaned all guttering on 3 sides and checked out a couple of potential issues. They pumped water through once cleaned to check for any leaks. One found on lower level which I asked Shane to fix, again very reasonable. Great job by a great team - I have no hesitation in recommending them.
