We had a very stained large sofa, ottoman and 3 rugs that they were able to get all the stains out in a very quick time and at an extremely reasonable price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They were exactly on time to the minute..They were very polite, very efficient and did a first class job on the carpet. It's like new again..Will use them again for sure..
Absolute rubbish service. Don't waste your money. My off white carpets are now grey ate having them washed with this company. I sent them pictures and they didn't bother to come and rectify it. The guy who came just washed around the beds and furniture, didn't move one single thing. Around the skirting boards the carpet is dirty not washed. The machine they used is not good at all. I had my carpets washed before and they were so clean afterwards and dry within a day. After this wash the carpet was wet for long time, it seems like they make the carpet wet but didn't pull out the water with dirt. They also damaged my walls and when i mentioned it to them they said it was damaged before. The thing is that we painted the walls a day before they came to wash the carpets so that was not possible for the walls to be damaged before! What a waste of money. Honestly avoid them if you can!

Karen was able to help with short notice . Staff turn up in time washed carpet twice and it cone so nice so happy with the results. Would highly recommend them to anyone regardless is for your business or residential. They are reliable professional counication is always great. Thank you for your help!
