   Our roof had an excess of moss, which was starting to block the valleys and gutters. We’d put off getting it cleaned, as many companies we’d approached didn’t clean the roof in the right way, risking damage to the tiles. As a building surveyor, my husband left it to me to find the right company, and I wanted a quality job done in the right way. From my initial enquiry to completing the job, the team where truly professional and knowledgeable at every stage. Responsive emails/calls/messages, clear information and care taken on site was first class. Its a messy process, and they cleaned everything after, including the neighbours grounds! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Lloyd and his team. Our roof is now maintained properly for the next few years and looks brand new! We’ll see you again next year when the resin needs cleaning.    Lloyd and Oscar arrived promptly for the job having previously explained in detail what the process would entail. They worked diligently all day cleaning off a 25 year accumulation of algae and moss from our roof. Once cleaned, a biocide was applied to inhibit further growth. The roof looked like new and Lloyd provided drone photos and photos to show us the entirety of the roof area. We were delighted with the outcome and Lloyd and Oscar are hard-working, professional and knowledgeable people. They also cleaned our gutters, soffits and windows and left the surrounding area spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Britannia Exterior Cleaning Services for a professional and stress-free roof clean.    Lloyd just cleaned the roof of our house today and did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish. He's truly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Everything was left spotless – he even rinsed off the car that had been splashed during the cleaning (completely expected, as it was on the driveway), which was such a thoughtful touch. To top it off, he surprised us by offering an extra service and giving our front door a little "magic treatment" that brought the paint colour back to life – totally unexpected, and such a pleasant surprise! He’s not pushy or salesy at all – just a genuine professional who knows what he's doing and does it exceptionally well. It was a real pleasure having him around, and even our neighbour asked about his services while he was still here!    Thank you to Britannia Exterior cleaning services! We just had our roof cleaned by Lloyd and Co! And they’ve been amazing! Friendly and professional from the start. Explained the whole process from start to finish when we got in touch with the company. Arrived on time and were quick and efficient! The amount of dirt that came off our roof was astonishing! And the results look amazing! They cleaned everything up afterwards including the gutters, walkway and windows! Highly recommend this company!

   Wow I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the work you did on my roof this week. The roof has been totally restored to the original condition and colour of the roof when my house was built nearly 30 yrs ago. The team were so polite, hard working, clean and tidy. I cannot fault the work you did on the guttering and windows. I got 3 prices but you were the only one who came out to quote and leave me with copies of your qualifications and Insurance.
