   Ordered spark plugs on their online eBay store (123_Autocare), asked for shipment tracking number that was never provided. Tried to contact vendor by phone several times on different numbers and no one would pick up. Will cancel the order and get a refund. Just checking now a few comments of other users’ past experience and the above seems to be common practise coming from these fraudsters. Avoid this vendor.

   Ordered two bicycles tyres and inner tubes to refurbish a secondhand bike bought for my grandson. One small parcel arrived quickly containing just two inner tubes. The parcel was marked one of one. Have been unable to ascertain if and when the tyres are going to to be delivered. Up-date, many days later days later .......... the two tyres arrived in parcel marked one of one. The invoice did not mention split delivery. A simple note to say that the goods were being despatched separately with an approximate date would have avoided numerous attempted phone calls or even better answer the phone to advise customer of delay. SIMPLES!

   Terrible, will never use them again. Ordered a part from their ebay listing, because it was URGENTLY needed for my work vehicle, and my mechanic was due to go on holiday for 3 weeks... I chose this firm because the other sellers were abroad... these clowns emailed me dispatch details, with the 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For reference (no tracking unfortunately)... so I was waiting in for the postman for several days... and GUESS WHAT... THEY HADN'T EVEN SENT THE PART as THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE IT!!!!!! AVOID THIS FIRM IF YOU POSSIBLY CAN!!!

   Purchased two plugs listed as being correct for a motorbike. Didn't fit, thread was wrong size. Purchase cost was refunded but postage was not despite promises and Ebay returns. Transaction has been removed from eBay preventing feedback. Buy online from this trader at your peril. If the part does not fit, despite what their product listing states you will pay for the return postage despite it being their mistake. Order from a more reputable firm.
