   I obtained a quote from a scrap comparison website, where I clearly stated in the online form that the vehicle was damaged. The car was collected, but the company then claimed they had not been informed of the damage. They presented me with two options: accept a quote £100 lower than agreed, or wait at least a week for the vehicle to be returned. I coudn't be bothered to wait another week, so I just took the offer. But this whole process has ''scam'' painted all over it

   Bought and paid for a click and collect order and arrived in store within the 7 days to pickup, when I arrived after driving for 30 minutes I was told that my order was cancelled for no reason that very day. I had received no cancellation notification, and no refund had been issued. They told me if I want the parts I have to pay for them again, even though no official explanation or acknowledgment was given. Assuming this was some sort of scam I quickly left. I finally got a refund 2 days later after I had complained however it came without explanation. The weird thing I noticed at the time was my click and collect order was sitting in reception, however only the transmission oil and 2 of the 3 coolant containers was there. My understanding now of what has happened is that the branch sold part of my order to another customer and knowing they couldn’t fulfil it, they cancelled it in branch. But because I ordered online they couldn’t actually delete the order, hence why they told me I hadn’t been notified because it was “a different system”. Definitely the last time I’m using this branch!
