   Not impressed at all, Image and professionalism ends at front door. Big time Customer Service and Awareness issues. There exists a professional requirement for an outlet to adequately advertise it's Holiday opening hours, not this one however. I called in 3x times over Holiday period (Excluding Christmas Day, Boxing day and New Year's Day of course), when they had advertised as open and of course closed. Did get them open on Saturday 04/01/2024, waited for approx 20 minutes (door system announces that someone waiting to get served) one guy on his own appears from upstairs to answer or make phone call. Eventually got the option to ask for a tin of touch up paint, giving registration mark and model of van concerned didn't see to be enough for this guy, asking me if I was fussy about the match. I'm paying for this obviously looking for a reasonable match. Went to a professional outlet, adequately staffed and gave them same information, was sorted out with reasonable match.

   You will get the specific paint you want from them and they are priced fairly. While the atmosphere isn't hostile, I'd say parts of the staff may struggle to communicate in a forthcoming and friendly way. They could use some customer service pointers

   If you need paint for your car in a spray can this is the place to go I have ALWAYS BOUGHT a tin when I GOT a different car i BOUGHT RACING GREEN For my current VECHILE I BOUGHT in the past blue for my MG ESTATE SILVER FOR MY MERC AND SILVER FOR A RENAULT ALL AT THIS SHOP AND THEY SELL EVERYTHING ONE NEEDS FOR REPAIRS ie tape grey or red primer etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc so that is where to go ps their staff are also FANTASTIC PEOPLE who are ALWAYS willing to help one out
