   Good store layout and a wide range of products. Being watched by staff as I took time to think over my decision was a bit off-putting. Otherwise staff very helpful including helping me take my rather bulky purchase to my car.

   My car headlight recently burnt out. Decided to bring my car to this store as the car dealership were going to charge me nearly £600 for the job. Cost me £19 and the job was done in about 5 minutes. Great service. Regretably, I couldn't get the name of the gentleman in auto repairs who did the job but I'd like to express my gratitude for him doing a fine job.

   Needed Wiper Blades for my Pegeot 508. Went to Halfords- Lisburn. Got really excellent and very helpful assistance from the two excellent Staff at the Counter who made it easy for me to get the right blades for the car. Excellent Service and a job well done.

   Friendly, polite staff...incredibly helpful. Was very delighted to meet a fellow South African staff member (believe his name is Chas or Chad - forgive me if I got the spelling incorrect) and he made me feel at ease and his work was quick yet to standard. I found that the bit of banter we shared was great and humanised the experience. Was a good visit and got everything done I asked for and on my way again in under 20 minutes. Will definitely be going back again. Great store/service.

   Great group of guys. Very patient and understanding, as I'm no good with technology but was getting it fitted anyway. The assistant manager got me an appointment over the weekend as I was leaving on Monday. Johnny and Gary are two wonderful, gracious people. Between them they got and fitted exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend.
