   Although it should not be difficult when looking for a reputable garage to maintain our vehicles i have had some bad experiences in the past but for the last 3 years now I have taken my car to Lindleys in Hucknall, peace of mind and the quality of work that they have done I can highly recommend.

   Good booking system, online quote acceptance, speedy turn around. However, I am very disappointed with my latest visit. The only way they would repair the car is by fitting a new turbo for £2200. I took the car elsewhere and got it repaired same day for £120 parts and labour. I took my last car there for MOT and they reported that I had an oil leak on some national data base which was false. I couldn’t sell my car! I had to significantly reduce it and convince the buyer it did not have an oil leak. They won’t be getting another chance I’m afraid.

   Very happy with the level of service provided. Had a full service and MoT and some additional options carried out the same day. Great communication with such professional and friendly staff. Comprehensive breakdown of everything inspected and summary of all work completed. Car runs like a dream. Trustworthy organisation and very highly recommended.

   Had a great experience at Lindleys after my engine overheated due to a water pump issue. The team was quick to diagnose and fix the problem, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Booking was easy, communication was clear, and I received a detailed work report which gave me full confidence in the service. The staff were super nice, helpful, and made a stressful situation much easier. I’ve used another Lindleys branch before and was glad to see the same high standard here. Highly recommend!

   First time using Lindley's as I've only just moved to Hucknall late last year. Completely satisfied with the price, the service and genuinely how well they keep you informed. Dropped my car off first thing for Service and MOT, had it back by lunch time! Fantastic service, and the lady on the desk was so friendly and helpful. Definitely returning for business.

   Was previously happy with Lindleys as they can get you booked in quickly when you need it. However, on my last MOT & service, I received a text asking me to authorise £1200 worth of urgent work. I couldn't afford it and asked what was actually urgent and required to pass MOT and was told none of it. Scaremongering at its finest. I took it to a local garage and was quoted half the price, and when it went on the ramps, most of it didn't need doing at all. Avoid unless you know exactly what you need doing and need it doing ASAP.

   Very bad experience with Hucknall branch. I've been there for MOT of my car, MOT failed showing the side light and other lights didn't work. When they reported I went to the car and asked the MOT examiner to show me what's wrong with the light. He tried and found the lights are working. He then report it to the unfriendly manager whom I saw didn't bother for the mistake they made. I am not suggesting any one to visit this garage for repair and MOT. I am thinking to report it to their head office soon.

   I took my car to Lindleys for an MOT and the service I received was excellent. Unfortunately my car failed, but the repair work was carried out and completed within the day. I was also kept updated and informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend and use Lindleys again in the future.
