Recently had my down jacket cleaned at this dry cleaner. They did an excellent job — everything was perfectly clean. The staff were very polite and friendly. Highly recommended!
I left my wool coat and asked for a recommendation on whether i should do just a spot clean or a full clean as i got bird poo on my coat…. The guy recommended a full clean just to take my money but still only done a spot clean and ruined the material of my coat, really unimpressed considering the good reviews left behind….. (£300 coat btw) wouldn’t trust these guys again. If you dont want to ruin your expensive clothes, do NOT come here. I have left two pictures for comparison
They are the best dry cleaners going. I’ve used them for years and they’ve always been fantastic. The space is a bit rough around the edges but they are professional, reliable, and kind. On my last visit, they truly went above and beyond. I brought in my comme de garcons jacket that I spilt hair dye all over and I thought was beyond saving, but somehow they managed to bring it back to life perfectly. There’s only a bit of bleach on the inside. I can’t recommend them highly enough, best dry cleaners around!
Has been going for the last few years, definitely trust them with vintage (including 100 or so year old items) and designer. Last item I took was an archival Weswood (1988-1989 Time Machine collection) jacket and skirt. They did an amazing job
Spotless Dry cleaners are my local now for almost three years and they are amazing! Never disappointed with results, good prices and great expertise. They have always been super friendly and helpful and even waited for me after closing when I called them that I need to pick up a dress.
Don’t go into that place!!! I gave my brand new trousers with leather decor which after 1 time I wore them and got back a destroyed piece back. I warned them to put protection over leather parts which they promised to do so. However when I picked them back, all leather decor was destroyed. When I asked what do we do about this situation, I was told they will fix it, and I didn’t want it as it’s brand new trousers that cost me £500. When we spoke to the owner whose name is Adel he said we will see no money back from him. However he tried to make the guy who works for him (only accepts orders) pay us back from his own small salary and we were told if we will continue complaining he will fire that poor guy. Disgrace. Nothing else to add.
I was mortified to find a whole range of terrible oil stains on my trench coat with no idea where they came from. Spotless Dry Cleaners not only live up to their name but we’re very kind in having my coat ready for me within a couple of days. And great price too. Highly recommend
