   I had a pretty poor experience renting through redstones. The flat I moved into was in a poor state when I moved in, their check in photos were poor and they were unhelpful in helping me gain access to the flat once I had got the keys (didnt give me the code access). It then took me almost 6 months to get my deposit back from my landlord (thanks to the poor quality of their check in photos). I wouldn't rent through them again.

   Redstones have been looking after my property in Willenhall for over a decade and i have found Amanda and her team first class in dealing with all issues relating to it. Great communication and rapid response with any maintainance problems means that i am left stress free and my tenants are able to enjoy a first class service. Top draw agency that can deliver the goods without any fuss

   Today is the 19th day I moved out of one of their apartments, and I have been asking for my deposit since then.firstly they sent me a check out report of another apartment as mine stating I didn’t clean in which I did , They keep coming up with an excuse everyday not to pay me my money. Deposit should be returned within 3 business days as it took them a minute to take it out of my account, they have been ignoring my texts and calls

   Redstones manage three properties for us and I have been very impressed with their efficiency and helpfulness. I needed to discuss the tenancies at short notice and asked for information, which they provided by email within literally minutes. Staff in all departments were available for discussion, answered all my questions and took the time to give knowledgeable, professional local advice. Highly recommended.

   Un-professional!!! Waited in for valuation. No show by Neil. No explanation no call or email explaining why he didn't attend.. lied about ringing and leaving voice mail message utter rubbish. Son is on nights got up so he could take a look round.. hey u owe me an hour's heating bill!!!!

   Once again, Redstones have excelled all expectations with my most recent let. From start to finish they have handled all operations efficiently and kept me up to date with where my move in is, thanks to the good work of Kate and Amanda. After each viewing I have received in depth reports on viewers feedback from Linsey and whenever my tenants have had an issue, I've had the pleasure of dealing with Katie on maintenance who's quick and proactive approach ensures the tenants stay happy! Not to forget both Matt and Neil on sales who attended one of my properties quickly when I mentioned about selling, giving me a list of similar properties that sold in the area for comparisons and ran me through all of their selling options, as well as providing me with great solicitors at a very good price after they found a buyer within 4 days!! I will definitely return on my next sale/purchase. I can't thank Manjit and the team enough, they have made my years of letting and selling easy and I believe they will continue to do so.
