Their service is truly a lifesaver, consistently delivering immaculate quality and faultless jobs across all of my properties. The attention to detail is superb; they consistently exceed my expectations. They truly make our life easier, taking a massive chore off our hands, which in turn helps ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the cleanliness and presentation of our spaces. AVOID. Extremely disappointing service. The majority of cleans were below average, which led to multiple customer complaints and even loss of business. On top of that, they caused serious inconveniences — for example, taking home keys after a delayed clean, which left one of our guests unable to check in until 12 AM. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid at all costs.
Hey Presto Cleaners – Avoid Our experience with Hey Presto started off well — communication was great during the initial setup. However, once we were onboarded, the standard of service and communication quickly declined. The UK team consistently failed to answer phone calls or respond to urgent messages. All communication was left to their overseas VAs, who, to their credit, did the best they could. Unfortunately, they had no operational control, leaving us without the support we needed on the ground. Out of 8 bookings, 3 guests checked into uncleaned properties — a completely unacceptable failure rate. Worse still, we were never informed in advance. We only found out when the guests themselves raised the issue after arriving. The final straw came when a guest arrived to find the property had not been cleaned and Hey Presto informed us they couldn’t attend until the following day. We were left with no option but to cancel the booking — resulting in a direct financial loss and damage to our reputation — with no compensation offered and no meaningful accountability from their side. We were repeatedly told their cleaners would arrive “first thing,” only for the property to remain untouched well after check-in times. Given their national reach, we feel a responsibility to warn other short-let providers: avoid Hey Presto at all costs. The risk to guest experience, financial performance, and operational reliability is too high.
Great company! I booked for a complete house clean as the house was completing on a sale in a week. 2 days later 4 cleaners went in and did an amazing job on the house - all ready for the next owners. The rate was incredible, considering we asked them to clean everything! I would highly recommend them for this type of job. Thank you for sorting, stress free!
