AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Not professional cleaners, they do not bring professional products. I had to go out and buy my own products and show them how to clean. After 3 hours my 1 - bed flat was not clean, they stayed for another 4 hours and still couldn't clean it properly. Their cloths smell leaving your house smelling like damp cloth.
AVOID!! Had the worst experience with the cleaners and then the customer service team. The end of tenancy clean was very poor (they did not use cleaning products), and the cleaner stole one of our flat keys. They then didn’t show up for a re-clean so we’ve had to book another re-clean, and the they’re refusing to take seriously the fact that their cleaner took a set of our keys. The new tenants are very disappointed and so are we.
Avoid, avoid, avoid! £140 for 4 hours of ‘cleaning’. They are not professionals. The cleaners damaged my shower using the wrong products. No accountability and poor customer service. And no, I do not want the same people who did a poor job the first time to come back to my house again and damage more of my property.
We had an End of Tenancy done last week. The cleaners were great. They also give us 72 hours grantee after the job was done. We booked this in over the phone for couple of minutes. The lady over the phone was very nice. We are very happy with the overall experience.
I would strongly advise against using this company - I agree with some of the other reviews on here : this company is unprofessional and very bad value for money. Paid £232 for end of tenancy cleaning and there was loads of dust left around the flat - as well as some cleaning marks left on the hob which were not there prior to the cleaning. On top of this they stole some of the cleaning products I had left in the flat just in case I needed to 'top up' the cleaning after they left and before our inventory check out. I asked for a discount and the only answer was that they could come do another clean for free - not useful if the inventory checkout is on the next day. Avoid and find yourself a better company to spend your money on. Or even better - do it yourself if you have the time....
I would never recommend using this company. £200 for a deep clean! I have never been more dissapointed with a service in my life. The photos attached were after they had been in to clean! Note, they do not clean mirrors, picture frames, ornaments, they do not pull out furniture. They do not do top ovens. If you want your kitchen units cleaned inside they ask you to take everything out first! If you need your blinds cleaned! Forget it, they might flick a duster over it! They are con artists.
I booked Cleaning day for our end of tenancy clean as they were recommended by friend of mine. They were late on the day of the service, but the cleaning itself was really thorough. Our landlord checked the property and everything was perfectly clean. We got our deposit back. Overall a great experience. Thank you.
